Data Protection Officer: The Company processes data through internally authorized employees.

For registration: First name, last name, business email, telephone, and position of the contact person.
For company profile: Data regarding the purchasing company (name, UIC, VAT number, Materially Accountable Person).
For deliveries: Exact delivery address and the full names of the authorized recipient.
For payments: Bank account number, account holder, and transaction details.
Automated data: IP address, browser type, and history of products viewed on the B2B platform.

Contractual relations: Creation of a B2B profile, verification of commercial status, and fulfillment of orders.
Accounting: Issuing invoices, proformas, packing slips, and tax reporting.
Communication: Clarifying details regarding logistics, availability, and delivery schedules.
Marketing: Sending newsletters with individual prices and promotions upon explicit consent.
